Pricing FAQ
When do I pay the fee?
Only after a completed sale. The 2.5% buyer fee + 2.5% seller fee is charged when the deal closes via Escrow.com. If the auction ends without a sale (reserve not met, no bids), you pay nothing.
What if the reserve price isn't met?
You keep your SaaS and owe nothing. No fees, no penalties. You can relist whenever you're ready with a new reserve price.
Is the $100 deposit refundable?
Yes, fully refundable. If you don't win the auction, your deposit is returned automatically. The deposit only converts toward the purchase if you win.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. No listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no premium tiers, no featured listing charges. The 2.5% + 2.5% success fee on completed sales is the only cost.
